Alan Millinder
He has had considerable experience in the commercial and residential investment market and acts for a number of specific investors who have active requirements at the present time. As a consequence of the financial changes in 2008 he has undertaken numerous rent reviews outside of London, the Cotswolds, Bristol, Southampton, Sheerness etc. He is also involved in the property management sector and active in the acquisition of secondary industrial estates and ground rent investments.

David Lawrence
David brings over 40 years experience in the property industry to his current role. Over the years David has represented many National and International Companies in the acquisition, disposal and lettings of Commercial properties throughout the South East of England but with a particular emphasis on Central London.
Now handling a large and varied portfolio of mainly residential block management properties he brings all that experience to the benefit of his Clients who are a mixture of Owner Occupiers and Private Landlords. David also handles a portfolio of individual AST’s located to the South West of London as well as various individual high value flats in Central London.
In his spare time David enjoys spending time with his family (his wife, 2 grown up children and a granddaughter) as well as following Arsenal where he is a season ticket holder.
